Lindsay Kratzer is the Owner and Founder of Reflections Home Care Registry, a company dedicated to empowering seniors and their families throughout Central New York. With over two decades of experience in senior care, Lindsay specializes in helping older adults maintain independence while offering personalized, long-term solutions for families navigating the complexities of aging.

Jennifer has been working in the human services field for over 13 years. Completing her Bachelor’s Degree from Nazareth College, she immediately started her career working as a Child and Family Advocate and Case Manager in the community. She transitioned to working as a Case Manager/Care Coordinator with individuals with varying abilities.
