The Reflections Home Care Registry is the newest division of Reflections Management & Care, Central New York's trusted leader in senior care management and support services. We were born from a simple observation: families deserve better options for home care, and caregivers deserve to work on their own terms.
For years, our care management team watched families struggle with traditional agency models. Owner & Founder

Lindsay Kratzer is the owner and founder of Reflections Management and Care, a company devoted to empowering seniors and their families throughout Central New York. A proud Syracuse resident, Lindsay holds a BS in Psychology, an MS in Psychology with a specialization in Counseling, and a certificate in Gerontology. Lindsay is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Care Manager, and Certified Transition Relocation Specialist.
Jennifer Majesky-Pike
Care Manager
CMDCP, CDSG
Jennifer has been working in the human services field for over 13 years. Completing her Bachelor’s Degree from Nazareth College, she immediately started her career working as a Child and Family Advocate and Case Manager in the community. She transitioned to working as a Case Manager/Care Coordinator with individuals with varying abilities. When Jennifer is not helping others, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and her pets.
